In 25 years in this business I can't say a month goes by without a phone call or meeting where you just know to trust your instincts. A great post, and like everyone, it's hard to get used to this dilemma. Laughter is a good way of ridding you anger and bad clients. They hate laughter. I even offered to make a new logo that resembled theirs for free and they decided to stick with the one they had. I decided to let them stick with the website they had and end communications.
